I had over 350 bq/m3 Radon number which is higher than the action level in Canada (200 bq/m3) in my basement and decided to have the Radon Mitigation. Andrew was here and I was so impressed with his work. He was extremely knowledgeable, smart and knew the best way to mitigate the radon in given environment. He was so professional and even very clean after his job is completed. Nothing to complain. I definitely recommend this guy if anyone is suffering from the high Radon number. It's worth the money. Our experience with RadonCare was outstanding. Andrew was highly knowledgeable on the technical aspects of radon remediation and was excellent at providing answers about the system and its installation - I learned a lot! The installation was done with high quality and professionalism. Prior to the mitigation work, our radon levels were in the 400-500 Bq/m^3 range - after RadonCare's work they hover around 10 Bq/m^3.

Chris and Andres installed my mitigation system and they were excellent. Very thorough service, and it took about 8 hours for the whole thing. I actually had a radon rough in (new build so it came with the house) however it was in a bad location, and so they drilled a new one in at no extra cost.

We had readings of 1400 ppm so calling RadonCare was a need, not a want. 2200 square foot bungalow with a wooden basement floor made the task unusual today the least. Not to worry, RadonCare showed up right on time, very rare as we are very rural, conducted tests, installed the system, provided clear and concise information and instructions and left the home cleaner than when he started. Readings are now fare lower than the health Canada guidelines. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
